Next, we would like to introduce Kelly Lapine! Kelly will be serving as a Speech Pathologist, primarily at the middle school, but she will also be supporting students across the district.
Kelly has lived in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Tennessee. She graduated from Wheeler High School, just west of Valparaiso, IN. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Purdue University and her Master's degree from Wayne State University. Most recently, she worked with the Saginaw ISD for 16 years.
Kelly and her husband have three children. Two have graduated from high school and left home, and their youngest is currently a sophomore at Chesaning High School. Kelly and her family are proud Michigan fans—you'll often find them at Michigan Stadium in the fall!
Kelly is so excited to meet the Clio community and looks forward to this new adventure.
Welcome to the Clio Area Schools team, Kelly! #ThePlaceToBe

Clio School District has no water. Elementary and Intermediate buses are returning students to their homes. Middle School and High School students will also be sent home after the Elementary/Intermediate School bus runs.
We will keep you posted on estimated times.
However, students can be picked up from CMS or ride the bus.
