Next up, we would like to introduce Sydney Archer! Sydney will be teaching Middle School Spanish this year.
Sydney Archer is from Holland, Michigan, where she attended West Ottawa High School. She went on to complete her undergraduate studies with a major in Spanish Education and a minor in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
Her passion for language and culture led her to live in Mexico for eight months as a student and later teach high school English in the Dominican Republic for one school year. Sydney loves traveling and learning about new cultures, experiences that continue to shape her teaching style and outlook.
She is excited to become part of the Clio Mustang family, where she already felt welcomed last year as a substitute teacher. She often reflects on one of her favorite quotes: “The limits of my language mean the limits of my world.” – Ludwig Wittgenstein
